This Weekend Apr 18-19

Hello Temple Beth Shalom Members and Friends, are you ready for the weekend?  There are some meaningful, informative, and rewarding activities to which you are invited:
 
  • First occurring is Torah Study with Rabbi Guyster on this Saturday, tomorrow, April 18 at 9:15 am.  Rabbi’s topic is “Mothers, Lepers, the Torah, and Priests: What Do They Have in Common?”.  I’m intrigued, and have to hear what he has to say about that!
  • Following Torah Study is the Shabbat Morning Service at 10:15 am.  Yom Ha’Atzmaut occurs in the following week, so we will be singing HaTikvah.  Rabbi Guyster shared some neat performances of HaTikvah to enjoy and re-acquaint us with this anthem:
